Cancellation policy
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout.
Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order in the unlikely event of a pricing error or if we are unable to fulfil it.
Your right to cancel and returns
Cooling-off period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You have the right to cancel your order, or your subscription, within 14 days of receiving the goods (or, for a subscription, within 14 days of receiving the first poster), without giving a reason. To do so, email us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Return the poster to us within 14 days of telling us; we will refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Please return posters in protective packaging; you are responsible for any diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.
Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If a poster is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and return postage is on us.
7. Intellectual property
All poster designs, playlist concepts, text and other content on this site are our intellectual property or used with permission. Posters are sold for personal, non-commercial display. You may not reproduce, resell or commercially exploit our designs.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, though we will let you know if such an event affects your order and you may cancel and be refunded for undelivered items.
9. General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order (or, for subscriptions, the version we have notified to you) is the one that applies. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland). If you are unhappy with anything, contact us first at hello@deadfamous.co — we would much rather fix it than argue about it.
